Reverse osmosis (RO) is a purification process where water is forced through a fine membrane that removes impurities, bacteria, viruses, dissolved salts, heavy metals (such as aluminium and lead), and other contaminants.

The result is clean, great-tasting drinking water that meets South African drinking water standards (SANS 241).

You sign up online, choose your plan (10L or 20L), and we deliver a reusable water tank with a tap to your room.

Every week:
• We collect your empty tank
• Replace it with a freshly cleaned and refilled tank
• The tank is rinsed weekly and deep cleaned on a scheduled cycle

No refilling, no maintenance, and no effort required from you.

Your subscription includes:
• RO purified drinking water
• Weekly delivery and collection
• Tank usage, cleaning, and handling
• Full delivery logistics to your residence

There are no additional delivery or swap fees — everything is included in your subscription.

No deposit is required.

The tank remains our property. If a tank is lost, stolen, or significantly damaged, the replacement cost will be charged to the subscriber.

Yes — you can cancel at any time.

Simply contact us via WhatsApp or email. We will stop future deliveries and collect your tank on the next scheduled delivery. You will not be billed further after cancellation.

Deliveries take place every Saturday, usually between 13:00–17:00.

Each week, you will receive a WhatsApp message confirming the exact delivery time for your residence.

You do not need to respond — simply make sure your tank is accessible at the confirmed time by:
• Leaving it outside your door, or
• Ensuring your room is unlocked

We also have a residence representative on-site during deliveries to assist and support our delivery team.

We currently operate in Dagbreek and Irene residences, with more locations coming soon.

We have over 60 active subscribers and have delivered more than 20,000L of purified water since June 2025.
